Learn Tagalog with Music 3

A friend of mine asked me to add this song “Sorry na" on my blog which popularized by Parokya ni Edgar band in the Philippines. So here it is, I hope you'd learn something and have fun while you sing along with the song. :D

Sorry na kung nagalit ka di naman sinasadya  I'm sorry if I've made you mad I didn’t mean it
Sorry (na)1 if     got angry you not (naman)2 intentionally

Kung may nasabi man ako init lang ng ulo  If I’ve said something it’s just out of my temper
If             have    said     (man)3 I’m hot  only (ng)4 head

Pipilitin kong magbago pangako sa iyo  I promise I’ll try to change
Try                I        change       promise    to   you

Sorry na, nakikinig ka ba? Malamang sawa ka na  I’m sorry, are you listening? Perhaps you’ve had enough
Sorry              listening    you (ba)5    maybe          sated   you

Sa ugali kong ito na ayaw magpatalo this intransigent attitude of mine
(sa)6    attitute (kong)this   refuse (magpatalo)8

At parang sirang tambutso na hindi humihinto like a broken muffler that’s unstoppable
And   as if      (sirang tambutso)9                    not     stopping

Chorus:

Sorry na talaga kung ako'y medyo tanga I’m really sorry if I acted a little dumb
Sorry            really    if        I’m          slightly    stupid

Hindi ako nag-iisip na-uuna ang galit  I could be so stupid at times and lose my temper easily
Not          I’m   thinking  (na-uuna)10    the   anger

Sorry na talaga sa aking nagawa I’m really sorry to what I’ve done
Sorry            really       to  my      action

Tanggap ko na mali ako wag sanang magtampo I know I'm wrong I hope you wont be upset
Accept           I         wrong  I’m   not     hope      to be sullen

Sorry na......

Sorry na wag kang madadala  Please forgive me don’t distrust me
Sorry               not    you  (madadala)11

Alam kong medyo nahihirapan ka I know you’re hurting
Know      I           slighly   difficult           you

Ang ibigin ang isang katulad kong parang timang  to love a crazy person like me
The (ibigin)12                     one     same       me       like        crazy

Na paulit-ulit kang hindi sadyang nasasaktan  that I constantly hurting you unintentionally
      repeating     you     not      intention   hurt

Sorry na saan ka pupunta? Please forgive me where are you going?
Sorry           where you  going?

Please naman wag kang mawawala please don’t fade away
Please     (naman)13 don’t you  (mawawala)14

Kapag ako ay iwan mo mamamatay ako  I’ll die if you would leave me behind
If                   I’m    is  left    you    going to die        I

Pagkat hawak mo sa iyong kamay ang puso ko because you’re holding my heart in your hand
because           hold      you  is    your      hand       the   heart    I

Repeat Chorus
