Adultery is not a crime anymore in South Korea

Take the tradition and decorate it your own way. - Sex and the city

The news regarding the abolishment of the 62-year old law that bans extramarital affairs in South Korea has intrigued many of us. I asked my husband to get a clearer insight after I had read the news in translations. He says, "the law just removed adultery as crime on its list, but it doesn't mean adultery will be accepted in Korean customs."

Adultery is legalize, however, it is still a ground for divorce and the affronted has the legal right to ask for compensation for mental and other damages. Adultery is still a crime in the Philippines, but many are not being punished or imprisoned despite the law. So legal or not legal, a crime or not a crime, the couples should work hard on keeping the relationship spark alive to avoid extramarital affairs. The adage that says it takes two to tango is true.

Biking tour to Hangang river via Yeouido bicycle trail

I'm simple. I love hiking, going to the gym, doing some simple stuff. I love being outdoors, I love bike riding. Just stuff that's fun! - Anonymous

Last summer my husband and I have started a new healthy hobby - Cycling. Our first tour was to hangang river via Yeouido bicycle trail. I learned how to ride a bike when I was 9 or 10, and had enjoyed riding everywhere with my barkada (friends) back in my high school days. So I'm not really a beginner rider and I can ride with a semi-crazy cycler - my husband.

Sporting my hello kitty cycling outfit ^^

We ride our bikes from home to Unseo train station then took the train to Geoman station. Then we sprinted again to our destination.

There are plenty of parks and places to rest along the way that makes riding so enjoyable.

Starting from Yeouido and traveling along the road, we went past several bridges that go across the Hangang River.

From Geoman it took us about 4 hours to reach the end of Yeouido bicycle trail, we ride about 8 hours round trip. (If I'm not mistaken, we ride more than 50 kilometers in total) Though it was a long ride, the road is quite interesting and worth trying.
